Job description
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue for hotels within the group.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market and revenue stream to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure market relevance.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communication team to position the brand effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trend to develop proactive marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to evaluate pricing strategies and profitability for hotels within the group.
  • Monitor hotels performance metrics, business KPIs and revenue streams to assess effectiveness.
  • Provide monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and business growth initiatives by the hotels.
  • Track ROI on business development activities and provide insight for continuous hotels business improvement.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, investment plans, and expansion strategies to Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or corporate partnership, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, corporate sales, and market expansion strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute high-impact business strategies.
  • Result-driven with a focus on profitability and market growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
