Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our products distribution network in Seremban. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to strengthen our market presence and drive sales growth.

• Managing Distributor's business with the company to achieve sales and profit KPI in Seremban.
• Supervise Distributor's sales team assigned to develop our business.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage risk with existing customers.
• Develop and build good business relationships with key customers.
• Identify promotion opportunities and provide action plans for execution.
• Conduct Distributor's business performance reviews and annual business planning.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience for the position of Business Development Executive in FMCG Sales or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in General Trade/Distributor business operation.
• Fresh graduates with a strong vision to build their career in sales are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Computer literate with good communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Able to work independently with high job commitment.
• Possess own vehicle and required to travel regularly.
• Preferred fluency in Local Dialect, English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin in order to liaise with the customers effectively.
