What this job involves:

• Work with colleagues on transactions and be able to work independently as well as being part of a team.
• Responsible for the leasing of office space to prospective tenants either on behalf of Landlords or Tenants.
• Formulating and assisting in marketing strategies and leasing plans of Landlord leasing projects and/or of Tenants looking for office space.
• Plan, implement, and monitor the execution of marketing activities of appointed office buildings.
• Assist and lead the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective Clients, negotiating commercial terms, securing the tenancy, and finalizing the tenancy documents.
• Assist and lead the leasing process for Tenants, from finding prospective Clients, identifying prospective office space, negotiating commercial terms, securing the tenancy, and finalizing the tenancy documents.

You have 2-5 years of working experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Logistics & Industrial, Finance, Marketing, or Business related studies. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate about real estate and well-versed in industry trends.
