Business Development Executive - Laboratory

DXN Holdings Bhd is listed on Main Board of Bursa Malaysia (Code 5318), in business since 1993. DXN Holdings Bhd is the investment holdings and management company of DXN Group.

DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering lifestyle products, and operating cafes.

Under its massive expansion program, we are now seeking a diligent and experienced Business Development Executive - Laboratory to be based in Johor Bahru, with an opportunity to develop a professional future career growth in the Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and achieve team sales targets.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and e-mails.
  • Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' business and requirements.
  • Understand market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy.
  • Increase revenues from within the assigned territory and accounts through promoting and selling Bio Synergy laboratory technical and value-added services.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or professional Degree in Science or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage to deal with Mandarin speaking clients).
  • At least 2 years of working experience in sales or marketing in a related industry.
  • A team player, with strong planning, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, dynamic, persistent, results-driven, positive, highly-motivated, and willing to speak up and present confidently.
  • Must be resourceful and able to work independently to meet job requirements.
  • Able to perform good telemarketing and sales skills.
  • Possess own car with a valid driving license and willing to travel to outstation or overseas as required.
