Job description

Who comes first when driving outcomes?

To meet the Individual budget under Agency and to concentrate on collection beside to ensure that the branch’s objective is achieved.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. To achieve target on GWP under Agency business from branch’s individual budget is achieved.
  2. To achieve target on Non-Motor GWP under Agency business and maintain 80% renewal business.
  3. To achieve target on collection as stated under key performance indicator.
  4. To solicit, procure and maintain business from Agents in order to achieve sales target, profitability and sustainability.
  5. To ensure that agents comply with the CBC requirement within turnaround time from the date of cover note issued.
  6. To follow-up with Agents on any outstanding premium within turnaround time of premium warranty endorsement for Non-Motor cases.
  7. To solicit, procure and maintain business from Agency in order to achieve sales target, profitability and sustainability.
  8. To ensure that all bad debts are collected and kept at minimal and acceptable level.
  9. To develop, participate and execute in activities such as road shows and campaigns for Agency and to ensure commitment and consistently high performance and professionalism.
  10. To undertake, coordinate and assist in Agency recruitments including servicing, training and development of Agents and to ensure commitment and consistently high performance and professionalism.

Important to your success:

  1. Degree or Postgraduate in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics, Advertising, Finance or Economic studies.
  2. Graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. High learning agility and work efficiency.
  5. Strong computer application skills, e.g.: Microsoft Office or any other system experience is desirable but not necessary.
  6. Good verbal, written and communication skills.
