BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (CLEANING/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive/Senior Business Development Specialist to lead growth initiatives and enhance our market presence in the cleaning and facilities management sector. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in business development, relationship management, and a deep understanding of cleaning and facilities services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and delivering tailored cleaning and facilities solutions.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities within the cleaning and facilities management industry.
  4. Proposal Development: Create and present detailed proposals and pitches to potential clients, demonstrating the value and efficiency of the company’s services.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to company policies.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and recommending areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, specifically within the cleaning, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning and facilities management services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
