Job description
  • To explore new customer opportunities through referrals, competitive events, and alternative marketing platforms.
  • Able prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships.
  • To manage and grow client database professionally, accurately, and responsibly to provide the best possible service to both internal and external customers.
  • Foresee and track key account metrics such as sales results and forecasts to study and develop sales and marketing strategies to support selling to relevant businesses.
  • Practice a timely follow-up with customers, managers, and internal staff making communication one of the top priorities.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to meet company targets.
  • Develop successful sales techniques and share them with the team.
  • Meet sales quotas each month, quarterly, and yearly based on the successful management of client accounts and supporting processes to meet operational needs and growth objectives.
  • Identify risk and barriers to success; develop contingency plans when necessary.
  • Participate in an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Promote the overall success of the company through constantly improving sales, sales techniques, and relationships.
  • Suggest improvements and innovations by analyzing current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • To create, implement and monitor account development plans for clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business needs, budgets, and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in handling B2B account management.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience in B2B sales experience or related experience.
  • Possession of strength in a commercial sense and ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Able to interact, communicate, and present ideas.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales as measured by period-over-period increases.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment while developing positive relationships.
  • Fluent communication, able to read and write in both English & Malay.
  • Passion for exceptional customer experience and sales.
