Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive growth across North America, Europe, and Asia.
2. Value Proposition Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote the product’s value proposition to manufacturers of pet food, animal feed, and plant bio stimulants.
3. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
4. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
5. Collaborative Marketing Initiatives: Work with the marketing team to create tailored marketing materials.
6. Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends.
7. Strategic Alignment: Provide insights to align sales initiatives with the company’s overall business goals.
8. Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.
9. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of sales professionals.
10. Results-Oriented Performance: Maintain a self-motivated, results-driven approach to sales.

Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
2. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in related industries.
3. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong abilities in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
4. Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing market data and providing actionable recommendations.
5. Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel extensively.
6. Communication Proficiency: Strong proficiency in email and video communication tools.
7. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
8. Cultural and Regional Expertise: Fluency in Chinese for engagement with manufacturers in Asia.
