Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sales and analyze strategies to explore and acquire new markets.
• Build good relationships and service existing and prospective clients.
• Attend meetings with clients and handle all necessary documentation.
• Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure requirements are met.
• Create sales forecasts, monthly reports, and ensure corporate goals are met.
• Follow up on payments closely and track all business-related invoices.
• Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks including article writing, ISO audit preparation, etc., as assigned by management.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferably with a minimum of 1 or 2 years of sales experience).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
• Possess a driving license and be able to drive.
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and skills.
• Good leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Be adaptable and work independently coupled with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, diligent, and a team player with a quality to achieve common goals.
• Able to plan, organize, and manage multiple activities.
• Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time.
• Professional, with proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Attendance/Punctuality - Arrives at work and meetings on time.
