The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and expanding the client network.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Preparing and presenting business proposals to clients.
• Handling negotiations and closing sales deals.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and analyzing sales performance.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure services meet clients’ needs.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year of experience within a Consulting / Corporate Strategy or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Agribusiness / Agritech and Real Estate industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
