Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  2. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  3. Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  4. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  5. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  6. Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  7. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
  8. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  9. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  10. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using RM software.
  11. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  12. Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
  13. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
  2. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
  3. Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
  4. Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  6. Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  7. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  8. Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  9. Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  10. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
