Responsibilities:

• Build market position of new shops by locating, developing, and defining, negotiating & closing business relationships.
• Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Prepare monthly retail business report: mall occupancy report/opening and closing, retail trend, retail market performance, market movement and other related report.
• PR with Landlord by getting updates from the landlord on retail happenings and resolving issues arising from the Landlord.
• Renovation/upgrading works. Liaise with Designer and Landlord on design requirements, projection and updates on renovation cost, and tendering process until confirmation of works with contractor.

Coordinate with Retail and Marketing team on:

• Planning, designing and facilitating layout and outlook of new and existing own shop.
• Visual Merchandise & Marketing: Work together with Marketing team and execute in-store promotion, road show event and mechanics; involve in window display.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities:

• Implement strategic sales plans through collaboration with potential business partners to achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Strong understanding of retail market, customer behavior, and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
