Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is to join our Personal Banking Mortgages Team. The job holder is responsible for driving mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients.

The role involves actively prospecting for potential customers, providing comprehensive financial advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the mortgage application process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  3. Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
  6. Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.

Requirements

  1. Possess minimum SPM (Passed).
  2. Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  4. Knowledge of mortgage products and the property market is an added advantage.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  7. Possess a valid driving license as the role requires travelling.
