Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships on TikTok, FB, IG, and e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TK Shop).
• Conduct outreach, engage influencers, and oversee product seeding and feedback collection.

Live Streaming Operations:

• Research and implement live streaming techniques and strategies to optimize performance on TikTok and other platforms.
• Coordinate with brands and suppliers to ensure product availability for live streaming campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients, ensuring performance-driven results.
• Provide regular performance updates, work plans, and support requests to the department supervisor.

Data Analysis & Strategy:

• Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance live commerce growth and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or KOL management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing KOL partnerships and driving measurable results.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics software.
