The Business Development Executive is a 6-month sales and marketing program where we train and expose new hires to the art of selling and creating profitable financial portfolios for our clients.

This journey will prepare you for a successful career as a Business Relationship Manager or Team Leader in the future.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager/ Team Head/ District Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to promote financial solutions products and achieve company business revenue and objectives.
  • Provide “One-Stop” and holistic financial solutions to clients.
  • Build Relationships: Connect and enhance relationships with existing clients and promote top-tier financial products. Build your business networking through industry leaders and associations.
  • Analyse Financial Needs: Conduct financial health reviews to understand clients' needs and financial goals. Perform needs-based selling by understanding the client's financial goals, protection needs, savings, education, medical, and retirement savings.
  • Create Tailored Solutions: Develop personalized professional wealth advice solutions to meet clients' specific financial needs. Engage with wealth specialists and offer professional advice and appropriate financial solutions to customers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive Sales: Set appointments, conduct sales visits, prospecting, close deals, and engage with customers.
  • Deliver Efficient Service: Provide exceptional service that keeps clients coming back. Assist customers in handling premium payments, policy inquiries, policy servicing, and claims-related matters.

  • Mobility: Own transport and willingness to travel.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales or service experience in the financial or service industry (e.g., Airline, Telco, Hotel, Tourism). Fresh graduates in any discipline are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed.
  • Capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
