- Those with experience in POS system Industry is an advantage.
Job Description:
- Develop new accounts by planning, developing, implementing & managing promotion & market programs.
- Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand and identify potential opportunities in current customers.
- Establish contact and develop relations with prospects.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Responsible for collection of payments from customers.
- Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customer feedback.
- Work proactively with other team members.
- Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, and self-motivated.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay. Communication in Mandarin (written & spoken) will be an added advantage.
- Prefer candidates who can communicate in Mandarin (written & spoken) for Selangor and Sarawak vacancies.
