Job Qualifications:

  • Those with experience in POS system Industry is an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Develop new accounts by planning, developing, implementing & managing promotion & market programs.
  • Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand and identify potential opportunities in current customers.
  • Establish contact and develop relations with prospects.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Responsible for collection of payments from customers.
  • Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customer feedback.
  • Work proactively with other team members.
  • Training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Able to communicate in English and Malay. Communication in Mandarin (written & spoken) will be an added advantage.
  • Prefer candidates who can communicate in Mandarin (written & spoken) for Selangor and Sarawak vacancies.
