Business Development Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Development of new sales market according to company's direction.
• Provide solutions and support to meet clients’ requirements and deadlines.
• Arrange for appointments and explore potential business opportunities.
• Possess strong presentation and convincing skills.
• Assist in related aspects of work to develop and execute the project.
• Maintenance & servicing of existing customer database.
• Payment collection & settling of payment-related issues.
• Perform market surveys for the company.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by establishing effective communications with clients.
• Collaboratively work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar subjects.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - in Poultry Farming or equivalent.
• Company car provided and willing to travel outstation.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
• Good attitude, independent & self-motivated.
• Committed and results-driven.
• Capability to grow in a competitive environment.
