The Role:

  1. Achieve Bancassurance Sales Target in assigned Financial Institutions (FIs) Branches / Sales Team.
  2. Provide Training & Support to assigned FIs Branches / Sales Team.
  3. Provide Marketing Support to FIs Branches / Sales Team.
  4. Handle Enquiries from Bankers & Customers.
  5. Joint Marketing with Bankers & conduct Sales Hurdle.
  6. Identify Clients' needs.
  7. Maintain good rapport & close contact with bankers.
  8. Acquire increasing support actively from FIs.
  9. Service FIs sales team in Bancassurance Products.
  10. Accomplish other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management.
  11. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  12. Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
  13. Other responsibilities as assigned.

The Person:

  1. Possess a recognized Tertiary education.
  2. Preferably with sales or life insurance selling experience.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Able to communicate with different levels of people.
  5. Able to build trust and maintain good rapport with people.
  6. Have good negotiation, relevant computer, Presentation & leadership skills.
  7. High level of integrity, accountability for work, and a good attitude towards teamwork.
  8. Takes initiative to improve current processes and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
