Business Development Associate

We are seeking ambitious individuals who work closely with our Wealth Managers in new business development - wealth advisory. This position will eventually enable successful talents to managerial position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fact finding and need analysis
• Identify financial needs gap and recommend financial solution.
• Integrate various financial services products to meet client's needs.
• Provide good after-sales service and follow up potential customers.
• Fulfill learning hours and licensing requirements by respective financial institutions.
• Attend periodic conferences/ conventions/meeting with financial services provider as and when required.

Main Rewards:

• Basic income ranging RM 4,000 to RM 6,000 per month, with additional commission, and producer bonus.
• Fresh graduates with full internship or part-time working experiences are welcome to apply. Basic starts at RM 3,000 per month plus commission.
• Hybrid working, 4-days work in office.
• Annual leave: 21 days. Maternity/Paternity Leave: 60 days.

Requirements:

• Self-driven and ambitious individuals
• Sales or marketing background is an advantage
• Must possess a recognized Diploma or Degree
• Proficient in English and local languages
• Candidates MUST agree to sit for exams to acquire licenses prior to starting work.
• Priority will be given to fresh Graduates who must have attended full Internship and part-time working experience.
