Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop new customers, new projects, and new business opportunities.
2. Build good rapport and long-term relationships with customers and designers.
3. Conduct effective product/business presentations to clients according to their needs.
4. Provide customer-focused solutions to meet the company's business goals and sales targets.
5. Follow up and coordinate on project progress throughout the sales process.
6. Ensure timely payment by clients.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Business or any equivalent field.
2. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in renovation, M&E, interior design, or office furniture industry.
3. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Task-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
5. Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
6. Computer literate.
7. Time management and planning skills.
8. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
