Business Development

Responsible for identifying and acquiring potential customer and partnership resources in the Southeast Asian market — with an initial focus on the Malaysian local market, and expanding further as the business matures — in alignment with the company’s business development goals and strategic direction.

Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with existing partners while continuously exploring opportunities for deeper cooperation.

Lead and participate in the development, negotiation, execution, and post-management of various supplier cooperation projects within the assigned scope.

Integrate internal resources and proactively explore potential opportunities, continuously innovating partnership models to enhance cooperation.

Responsible for collecting and analyzing market intelligence on potential partners and competitors, and preparing analysis reports to support business decision-making.

Assist in addressing and coordinating the needs of internal departments regarding cooperation partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the Digital Marketing industry, with a focus on B2B products.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently draft and execute partnership proposals and implementation plans.

Strong learning ability, proactive and highly motivated, with a positive attitude and strong stress resilience.

Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate with colleagues from China.
