Job Summary:This job will be responsible for selling IT solutions and services to new businesses, managing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of sales success. We offer basic salary withattractive commission scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through social media, research, email, networking and other effective ways
Develop and execute sales strategy and streams to meet or exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct requirement gathering, research and presentation to clients with effective follow-ups
Respond to RFP/Tender and draft detailed business proposals
Prepare quotation, contracts and agreements and negotiate with clients
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Collaborate with other teams, such as project management team, creative team and developers to ensure a seamless experience for clients
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
Travel to meet with clients in person as needed
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a corporate sales role in IT solutions
Proven experience in preparing RFP/Tender/Business Proposal
Proven track record of sales success and lead generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and relationship-building skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Has own transport and willing to travel
Candidate must be Malaysian
Preferably candidates who able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Malay
