Then come in and join Malaysia team as Business & CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive customer relationship management strategies. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing CRM systems, integrating data insights, and recommending strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Additionally, this position requires a deep understanding of the platforms, strong analytical skills and the ability to translate the data into actionable business recommendations for business growth strategies relevant to the Malaysia Market.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. CRM Strategy, Data Analytics, and System Management
2. Market Analytics and Business Reviews:
3. Lead the Malaysia healthcare market's business review process by generating actionable insights and analytics.
4. Strategic CRM Planning:
5. Analyze customer data to design and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives, supporting forecasting and strategic planning.
6. CRM Platform Optimization:
7. Manage and enhance the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, seamless utilization of tools, and precise tracking of sales databases and funnels.
8. Business Growth Strategy:
9. Oversee the Malaysia team’s growth strategy, driving short- and long-term revenue objectives.
10. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine customer segmentation, personalize communications, and optimize targeting strategies.
11. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor CRM effectiveness and deliver insights to stakeholders.
12. Collaborate with sales, business lines, project management, and service teams to maintain high data accuracy in the opportunity pipeline and align organizational goals.
13. Update and maintain essential master data, including Price Request Forms (PRF), pricebooks, local costs, and exchange rates.
14. FRM, COCIR, IBR, AE360, OneLibrary, PRIMA
15. Preferably a Degree in Economics, Business, or IT informatics.
16. 3-5 years working experience in corporate / MNC setting.

• High accuracy and strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind
• Good organizational skills. Ability to work and collaborate with different team across the company.
• Excellent (spoken and written) communication skills.
• Advance knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office i.e. Powerpoint, Excel
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
• Have good time management and interpersonal skills.
• Able to produce satisfactory and consistent results under minimal supervision.
