Business Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Coordinator to support our Country Manager in day-to-day operations. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in business management, operations, and strategy execution within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Country Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items.
• Support business development initiatives, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Maintain and organize business documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in project management, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.
• Manage key business processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
