We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analytics Manager (IWS Business Management).

The Investment Wealth & Solutions (IWS) Business Management provides support and services to business stakeholders and clients on project-based requests and assignments. The job holder should be precise, detail-oriented, and able to establish a strong working relationship with IWS internal business stakeholders and clients to ensure the projects and assignments are managed with the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency, as per instructions within agreed business Service Level Agreement (SLA).

What you’ll do:

1. Responsible for producing regular management reports and analytics to support effective decision-making and provide insights into business performance to management and various stakeholders.
2. Support the management team to develop Financial Resource Plan (FRP).
3. Monitor the company’s business performance and cost utilization against the FRP, provide regular updates and identify areas for improvement.
4. Overview the capital adequacy for the company’s operation.
5. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for management’s decision making and performance management.
6. Work closely with Sales Management Office (SMO) on Performance Framework for frontline staff, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance objectives setting, sanity check on SMO’s justifications and inputs.
7. Facilitate strategic projects and initiatives by collaboration with internal and external counterparts, from a data analytics point of view.
8. Provide support on HCBS optimization project.
