Job Summary

Leads and completes the elicitation of business requirements and their translation into solution requirements to ensure their implementation throughout the project life cycle. This role will generally involve the co-ordination of work of other Business Analysts to deliver the required deliverable or will be a more technical role delivering multiple requirements as part of a moderate to large high-risk independent project.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Describes as-is-to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process.
• Adapts to and applies different delivery methodologies.
• Plans and conducts elicitation sessions and ensures production of associated deliverables.
• Understands customers' objectives, processes, and products to make recommendations.
• Assists project manager in building the business case, including cost benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high-level plan.
• Produces requirement specifications and outlines solution design documents throughout the project life cycle, incorporating change requests and finalizing requirements documentation.
• Plans and follows up on business analyst activities for the project-program, and analyzes and manages requirement risk, traceability matrix, and prioritizes requirements.
• Supports development of test plans, testing, implementation, and training activities, and performs quality review checks on solutions.
• Supports post-implementation activities including problem-solving and measurement of benefits.
