We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with at least 5 years of expertise in analyzing, optimizing, and delivering business solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring seamless project execution and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
2. Analyze sales and channel performance to uncover challenges, inefficiencies, and growth potential, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
3. Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps, proposing strategies for improved positioning and potential partnerships.
4. Oversee operational processes for current programs, proactively addressing issues to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Evaluate and resolve process inefficiencies, implementing solutions to enhance workflow and offering constructive feedback for sustained improvement.
6. Ensure service providers meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and uphold agreed service levels.
7. Develop and manage comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials, for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Contribute to and lead ad-hoc projects, aligning outcomes with broader organizational objectives.
9. Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support proposed changes.
10. Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
11. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
12. Design and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency.
13. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations.
14. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
15. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and process optimization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Proficient in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
5. Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
6. Knowledge of business intelligence tools and techniques is preferred.
7. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
