About the Job

This is a position in which you will be part of the digital product management team, responsible for improving the client/user experience on a multichannel platform. This is a role for professionals with knowledge of CRM and SEO to bridge the gap between marketing and IT, and ensure final product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Study the digital platform strategy and operation needs, and understand existing system features to determine necessary changes in applications.
• Design detail application logics, data values, and features as a feasible implementation plan, ensuring solutions meet the needs of the business.
• Monitor the application after go-live and serving as escalation point for troubleshooting matters.
• Creating test cases and conducting User Acceptance Tests with the help of QC team.
• Write functional specifications for application development, enhancements, and testing, using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office tools.
• Assist with project management, communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Collaborating within the department and exchanging of ideas

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related degree
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in a business analyst or product management role, with experience of application development. Experience in website development is also a plus
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Figma, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge/Experience working with Agile practice, RICE framework, and Scrum
• Experience in constructing test cases for UAT
• Technical SEO and web analytics experience
• Problem solving and analytics skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
