Business Analyst - Fintech

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Experience: 5-6 years
Employment Mode: Contract
Work Mode: On-site

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Product Owners to understand high-level business requirements and translate them into detailed, clear, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Perform requirements analysis.
3. Prepare business process diagrams, user stories, and business requirements documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
4. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
5. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
6. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
7. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
8. Have proven experience with the Agile way of Working – writing user stories, acceptance criteria, grooming, in-sprint testing/UAT, and working on the squad.
9. Help in troubleshooting issues. When necessary, report issues and errors to the Dev Team and check the relative requirements and if needed, update them.

What We're Looking For:

1. 6-10 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
2. Good experience in Banking domain, loan and lending ecosystem.
3. Knowledge of RCI / RTI.
4. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Proactive contributor.
6. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with Product Owners and development teams in an Agile environment.
