At least 3/5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required skill(s): Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Advantage skill: Knowledge or at least 1 year experience in system development.
Knowledge and experience in software development life cycle, analyzing and system designing
Leadership skills, when it comes to assisting the team leader and in terms of coordination and management of team members.
Displays critical thinking capabilities, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Certification in CPRE – FL or other equivalent is an added advantage
Job Description
Participate during the initial Information Gathering, Analysis & Project Initiation.
Get business & function requirements from user/stakeholders for product, new systems and for enhancements to existing systems
Analyze and propose solutions that meet requirements
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Prepare specification documents which include requirements process/integration solution. Able to describe in language, diagram (UML) and sample screen for better understanding (ex: URS, SRS, SDS, API Guideline)
Assist the team leader/management effectively by communicating insights and plans to team members and management
Support the team leader/management in delivering the project plan on-time
Mentor junior business analysts
Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
Provide ongoing knowledge support and be involved in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and scrum
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Carry out any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you by Management as deemed fit
