Business Analyst

• Collect and document business processes and functional requirements in alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs.
• Functional Design Translation
  • Translate business requirements into structured functional specifications in collaboration with technical experts, ensuring clarity and traceability.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaise with product owners, superusers, and legal teams to ensure alignment on requirements, compliance, and expectations.
• Technical Clarification Support
  • Act as the go-to contact for development teams, clarifying business logic and functional designs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Test Case Preparation and Execution
  • Support developers in unit and integration testing, and prepare UAT scenarios. Execute and validate UAT results with end-users.
• User Enablement and Documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and user guides, and support knowledge transfer to superusers and end users.
• Work within Agile teams, participating in ceremonies and backlog grooming to ensure effective sprint planning and delivery.

Requirements

• IT Business Analysis Experience
  • 5+ years of practical experience in IT business analysis, consultancy, or similar roles.
• Domain Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or QA processes, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment.
• SAP Expertise
  • Advanced user or functional consultant-level experience in SAP.
• Analytical Tools
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, and other BI solutions for data analysis and reporting.
• Compliance Awareness
  • Familiarity with GxP, validation, GDPR, and IT security requirements.
• Agile Methodology
  • Experience working in Agile teams, with knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
