• Collaborate with project sponsor and other stakeholders to refine and prioritize user stories.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business priorities and objectives.
• Assist in prioritizing user stories based on business value, dependencies, and constraints.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog that reflects the current state of the project and business needs.
• Organize and facilitate Agile/Waterfall ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile/Waterfall principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and make decisions collaboratively.
• Coordinate with development teams to prepare for sprint demos.
• Present completed user stories and demonstrate functionality to stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders during sprint demos and incorporate insights into future iterations.
• Collaborate with the QA team to develop test plans and test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist in executing UAT test cases and validating functionality against user requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address any issues identified during UAT and ensure successful resolution.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software development environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in grooming backlogs, prioritizing user stories, and conducting Agile/Waterfall ceremonies.
• Experience in facilitating sprint demos and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software testing processes and techniques, particularly in the context of user acceptance testing.
