Business Analyst

Job Summary:

• Work visa can be provided for this role
• Expected salary: Rp500,000 - Rp1,200,000 per month
• Immediate start available

Responsibilities:

1. Identify all impacted surrounding systems for the business requirement
2. Convert business requirements into smaller user stories
3. Collaborate with product owner and tech team on sprint grooming and create all possible user acceptance criterias
4. Collaborate with the application and all surrounding teams (including IT security, architecture, infrastructure, network, etc) to assess the effort required of each user story
5. Create all relevant diagrams (flowchart, use case, sequence)
6. Define end-to-end integration flow and specs between systems
7. Write clear and well-structured functional requirements/documents
8. Identify automation opportunities
9. Communicate and validate requirements and test strategy with relevant stakeholders
10. Collaborate with product owner on roadmap planning and prioritization
11. Maintain knowledge base from time to time (e.g: product feature, end-to-end user journey, technical sequence flow, web service specs, etc)
12. Create test scripts for internal testing (cross-functional)
13. Perform manual testing of the features developed (cross-functional)
14. Assist business user during UAT, including providing any clarification/support to finish the UAT

Qualifications:

1. B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
3. Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
4. Superior presentation and negotiation skills
5. Strong management and organizational skills
6. Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
7. Two or more years of IT Business Analyst experience
8. Understand technical logic and basic tech knowledge
