Executing daily business administration and verification workflow and other related support services as directed.
Job Responsibilities
To assist in carrying out verification process for checking all submission of sales related documents to ensure all documents and procedures are in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines set by respective departments.
To assist in monitoring and enforcement of the policies set by Business Administration Department, e.g., change control policies, monitoring amendments made after Agreement is executed.
To assist in maintaining effective Document Management System.
Process RAS & RTO applications, liaise with leasing companies' contact persons, follow up with sales team on the outstanding agreements and monitor the approval status until the case is invoiced by Order Management Department or Finance Department.
Contract Management: To monitor closely the receiving of agreement physical signed copy, scan the agreement copy into the system (if necessary). Follow up with sales team timely on the backlogs, and communicate actively with Finance Department and Contract Management Team to ensure the contract is updated in the system.
To assist in compiling and updating verification reports from time to time for reporting and business analysis.
To perform any other duties or special tasks or ad hoc assignments as and when required by the Superior.
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management or other related Business Field.
Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Good command in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
Candidates with SAP CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
Must be able to handle high volume of transactions.
Pro-active and has good time management skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
Organized, meticulous and has attention to detail.
Able to communicate and work effectively with internal stakeholders.
