Building Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out inspection on all the common area facilities and lighting on a periodic basis;
2. Attend to owner’s/tenant’s complaint regarding maintenance issues;
3. Assist building executive in the operation and maintenance of the M&E equipments;
4. Liase with appointed contractors for repair and maintenance works;
5. Complete new installations of M&E equipment as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption of service;
6. Ensure all M&E tools and equipment are in order and kept in a safe place.

Location: Damansara Perdana, Selangor

Salary: RM2,500 per month
