Reports to the Client and the Director-in-charge/Property Manager at HQ level.
Oversees the management and ensures all operational matters related to daily operations, i.e., security, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and mechanical and electrical items are in their best operating condition.
Attends to and acts upon inquiries/complaints raised by occupants regarding property management and maintenance-related matters.
Ensures all building facilities, assets, and equipment are maintained to the best practice standards.
Ensures the monthly management accounts are prepared in a timely manner with all key accounting reports and financial notes.
Prepares budgetary estimates of operational expenditure and projected cash/annual income and expenditure budget.
Acts on breaches or non-compliance of any by-laws, regulations, or notices when necessary.
Liaises with local authorities, insurers, service contractors, and client representatives.
Prepares weekly/monthly maintenance reports.
Implements any other duties as instructed.
Manages service agreements and arranges for quotations for any repair work and other maintenance issues.
Performs any other duties as may be directed by the Management.
Requirements
Registered Property Manager with BOVEAE, an added advantage.
Graduates of other disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Preferably with at least 5-7 years of experience in Property Management or Facilities Management or in similar roles.
Those without tertiary education but with at least 7 years of similar experience are also encouraged to apply.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
