Branding Graphic Designer (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

• Understand and adapt all collaterals according to Regency’s Brand Identity.
• Ensure proper and timely publication and distribution of marketing materials.
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers for all marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, health education articles, doctor’s profiles, flyers, bunting, posters, banners, t-shirts, etc.).
• Execute and manage sourcing of goodies or corporate gifts to ensure the final completion of projects.
• Support event management for all collateral preparation, photography, and videography for any event or festive decor as deemed fit.
• Create artwork for website and social media posts.
• Execute and coordinate photos or video filming.
• Ensure all signage, posters, and notices are in proper order in hospital premises with regular monthly checks around the hospital grounds on brand image consistency.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Graphic Design or any other related fields.
• Well-versed with Adobe software and basic Microsoft Office.
• Basic photography/video skills are an added advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
