We are looking for a well-versed leader in brand marketing and strategy to drive transformation and manage end-to-end planning and execution of inspiring, distinctive and market-leading Zalora Marketing activity ensuring our Zalora credentials are embedded across all customer touchpoints in partnership with the creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all Zalora proposition is at the heart of all brand/product/category marketing acting as the Zalora brand guardian across all customer touchpoints
Shape and deliver seasonal insights driven brands communication on time to meet cross functional objective in partnership with Marketing Ops
Lead inspiring, insight-led concept briefs and support the channel briefing process through Brand Creative team to land impactful on-brand Zalora activity across the customer-journey
Work closely with the customer insight and performance team to deliver and measure activity using data and analytics to inform all briefs and track results
Ability to create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing strategy
Coordinate regular reviews to optimize future activity in partnership with Marketing Ops monthly budget management for brand media and partnership activity
Monitor and track the competitor and broader retail landscape. Additionally undertake competitor reviews to ensure we remain ahead of our competitors
Manage the existing IPs and events and launch more digital led initiatives to keep the brand awareness always on
Requirements:
Has more than 7 years of experience in brand marketing
Highly resourceful and can mobilize various factions within a large company to deliver campaigns at record times with tremendous success
Deep understanding of performance and quick adapter to systems issues from both internal and external partners
Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time, and highly adaptable to rapid change and turnaround solutions and time
Meticulous planner
Familiar with E-commerce landscape and super apps
Manage all communication from strategic briefing input to rollouts to ensure marketing messages are leveraged on all Zalora (and beyond) assets to achieve the best performance objectives
