We are Kalbe Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Kalbe company from Indonesia, looking for a talented person to handle WOODS’ brand, one of the leading product cough syrup and lozenges in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Planning, executing, and managing demand creation in the scope of brand activation and promotion that drive consumer engagement, increase brand visibility, and encourage product trials.
Delivering instore activation (visibility, merchandising program), on-ground activation (sampling), and event management (trade fairs, sponsorship) that connect the brand with the target audience.
Working in a multifunctional team to execute the plan, monitor performance of the support plans, and build productive working relationships with the sales team, marketing team in HQ, finance, supply chain, and external partners, distributors, and agencies.
Assist and report to the Brand Manager for achieving brand KPIs such as sales, marketing projects, and expenses of WOODS’ brand.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience in marketing/brand activation/event management, preferably from FMCG, OTC, or Consumer Healthcare background in the Malaysian market.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Passion to develop the brand and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask, negotiate, handle events/activities during weekends, and commitment to work long term.
