Brand Communications Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Purpose
The Brand Communications Manager will be responsible for shaping and strengthening the Foodcraft brand within the FMCG sector. Acting as a key driver of brand growth and market penetration, the incumbent will lead strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and create meaningful consumer connections that align with Foodcraft's vision and values.

Main Tasks

  • Marketing Strategies:
    - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive sales growth.
    - Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Management:
    - Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
    - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to ensure objectives are met.
  • Budget Management:
    - Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
    - Track spending and maintain budget compliance while achieving marketing targets.
  • Collaboration:
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, New Business Development, and Scientific Affairs and Regulatory, to support RTM, product launches and promotions.
    - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, external partners, and media.
  • Brand Management:
    - Maintain brand integrity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
    - Strengthen and evolve brand identity to resonate with target consumers.
  • Data Analysis:
    - Leverage data analytics tools to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
    - Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Content Development:
    - Create compelling brand stories and content that connect emotionally with consumers across various platforms.
    - Work with creative teams to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Ad-hoc Assignments:
    - Execute additional tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relation, Business Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • At least 6-10 year(s) of relevant working experience with a proven track record in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities (English).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High commercial acumen and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Applicant must be willing to work onsite (office) in Taman Melawati.
