Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
The designated Band Ambassador (BA) is tasked with actively engaging and recruiting shoppers and consumers with stores, alongside fulfilling assigned merchandising duties, thus actively contributing to the brand's growth objectives.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassador tasks
- Reach out to shoppers and consumers and actively promote the brands in-store.
- Deliver product details on assigned products as per expectations.
- Ensure all data is accurately keyed in or updated in a timely manner.
- Recruit Non-users (NU) to use the assigned brands / products.
- Achieve key performance indicators set, such as New User Conversion and Sales.
Merchandising tasks
- Fulfill all assigned tasks according to Merchandising standards.
- Ensure product replenishment adheres to First in & First Out (FIFO) and hygiene standards and align with planogram.
- Track Out of Stock (OOS) occurrences.

Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least 1 Year of Promoter Experience.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
Outgoing and Friendly Personality.
