About the role

Banzen Motors Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Branch Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Alor Gajah Melaka. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our diverse range of high-quality automobiles. What you'll be doing

1. Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised product recommendations
2. Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits to customers
3. Process sales transactions and handle all necessary paperwork
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing, and promotions
5. Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
6. Provide excellent post-sales customer support and follow-up
7. Contribute to the overall growth and success of Banzen Motors Sdn Bhd

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
5. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
