Branch Manager, Kuching (General Insurance)

YOUR NEW COMPANY

This General Insurance company is famous for its broad range of General Insurance coverage within Commercial Lines classes. Due to market growth, the company requires a hands-on Branch Manager to oversee the largest branch in Kuching.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be responsible for ensuring organic growth and overseeing branch day-to-day operation. You will also be counted on to manage a team of 10 direct reporting staff (marketing + operation) within the branch to ensure business operation, as well as service business partners.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

1. At least 7 years and above of related working experience in business development or managing branch operations within the General Insurance industry.
2. Experience in managing a team is a must.
3. Well-versed in General Insurance knowledge will be an added advantage (Non-Motor).
4. Candidates experienced in managing a Life Insurance branch are welcome to apply.
