Job Responsibilities

1. Overall in charge of the branch sales, expenses and profitability.
2. Work closely with all stakeholders to promote harmonious relationships with customers and build a highly effective team.
3. Enhance adherence to government laws and industrial regulations in line with PKT core value culture.
4. Oversee all aspects of a branch or retail location to meet all stakeholders’ requirements.
5. Ensure that the branch runs smoothly with good customer service while nurturing the Company’s Core Values.
6. Achieve business targets set for your branch.

Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 8+ years of experience in a management position in any industry (preferably supermarket industry). Experience in sales, purchasing/buyer roles, and marketing would be an added advantage.
