Manage the day-to-day sales activities and operations.
Identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets.
Coordinate with HQ warehouse and shipping staff to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Build good relationships with customers to grow the business and look for new customers & new market segments to generate new business.
Plan and execute sales campaigns with Product Managers to increase sales revenue.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure there are sufficient stocks, especially the fast-moving items for immediate fulfillment.
Communicate and work closely with Principal Sales Representative to manage and service the Brand's Managed Partners.
Provide support and guidance to the team to meet organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Able to work independently, plan, and possess good managerial skills.
Sales & results-oriented.
Minimum 1-2 years' working experience in tele sales, channel sales, or customer service.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Others, or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
