Job Responsibilities

  1. Overall in charge of the branch sales, expenses, and profitability.
  2. Work closely with all stakeholders to promote harmonious relationships with customers and build a highly effective team.
  3. Enhance strict adherence to government laws and industrial regulations in line with PKT core value culture.
  4. Oversee all aspects of a branch or retail location to meet all stakeholders’ requirements.
  5. Ensure that the branch runs smoothly with good customer service and that the Company’s Core Values are always nurtured.
  6. Achieve business goals set for your branch.

Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 8+ years of experience in a management position in any industry (preferably supermarket industry). Having sales, purchasing/buyer experience, and marketing experience would be an added advantage.
