The Branch Manager will be responsible for business expansion and execution of the industry product sales growth and strategy. The objective is to maximise revenue, net gross profits and customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the industry while focusing on delivering top-class value-added services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To manage branch overall efficiency.
  • To manage monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
  • To identify market share (Automotive Waste - workshops/ service centres, fee based, manufacturers, factories, cements plants, premix plants, supply base).
  • To update and keep tracking on Pentas Flora market shares (need to ensure increase of market shares in all aspects).
  • To monitor Business Development staff efficiency (sales revenue/ oil quantity collected per staff).
  • To monitor Business Support staff efficiency (number of MC, EL, deadline to meet submission, accuracy of data/ info, responsiveness and responsible attitude).
  • To monitor staff cost ratio, driver efficiency (Litres and waste collected per kilometre) as well as truck efficiency (diesel consumption & maintenance cost).
  • To understand HQ policy (Finance, HR, Corporate Communications, Business Admin, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Laboratory, and IT).
  • To ensure monthly full set account is submitted on time to HQ.
  • To manage staff conflicts and welfare.
  • To motivate and cultivate right culture attitude.
  • To verify daily stock level and petty cash record.
  • To ensure truck maintenance cost is valid and send for maintenance on time.
  • To develop panel clinics, workshops (align with HQ policies and vendor selection criteria).
  • To do daily logistics planner. To ensure company identity (signboards, letterhead, email signature, business card, seasons’ greeting card) is aligned with HQ policy.
  • To ensure validity of the required licenses by local authorities.
  • To ensure cleanliness & good condition of the branch, sales office, OSS, trucks.
  • To develop work instructions, business process flow & Job Description for all the roles.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Fast-thinking skills, Sales and marketing skill, leadership, and coaching skill.
  • Good in communication, negotiations and able to work independently in changing and multitasking environment.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills, Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident and out-going.
  • Positive Attitude, Responsibility Person, Respect People, Be Patience, Adaptability to the working environment and people, Self-Discipline.
