Job description

We are a leading property development and construction company specializing in affordable housing and township development in Kedah. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Sales Gallery / Branch Manager to oversee sales operations, manage loan and SPA documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between branches, sales galleries, and HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage sales and credit administration, including collecting and managing booking records, loan documentation, and SPA documentation.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with property agents regarding marketing, sales, buyer loan applications, and immediate SPA preparation.
  3. Oversee the daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring an organized and professional environment for clients and agents.
  4. Manage HR-related tasks for the sales gallery, including report submissions to HR.
  5. Coordinate with the Head of Administration on contract and appointment management, file organization, payments, invoices, receipts, legal documents, project documents, and land-related matters.
  6. Ensure efficient and accurate communication between the sales gallery/branch and HQ.
  7. Monitor and ensure sales, legal, financing, and credit billing operations run efficiently, achieving targeted results on time.
  8. Prepare sales and credit summaries and report weekly and monthly progress to the Chief Executive Director.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, sales gallery management, or administrative leadership roles.
  2. Strong understanding of property transactions, loan applications, and SPA documentation.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with agents, buyers, and internal teams.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and sales management systems.
  5. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  6. HR management and reporting experience is an added advantage.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
