BPO Contracts and Pricing Manager

The BPO Contract & Pricing Manager will lead the end-to-end management of outsourced service provider partnerships. This role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, overseeing pricing and budgets, monitoring performance against key metrics, and fostering seamless collaboration between internal teams and BPO partners. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), drive continuous improvement, and mitigate risks while resolving issues to maintain exceptional service standards.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for BPO services, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct in-depth analysis to optimize costs and improve profitability across the operations.

Contracts & Pricing Management: Oversee the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts with clients, ensuring pricing strategies are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with financial goals. Collaborate with legal teams to draft and finalize agreements.

Commercial Performance: Monitor and analyze the commercial performance of BPO deals, assessing KPIs, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes. Identify and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, clients, and internal teams to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Performance Optimization: Proactively identify areas of opportunity for cost reduction, process improvement, and revenue growth within the BPO commercial and financial framework.
