Boutique Manager

Work location: Sunway Pyramid, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales target
• Proper execution of monthly marketing activities
• Ensure boutique visual merchandising display
• Sales report: FA KPI, competitor, VM, mall activities, animation and monthly sales report, roster, commission payout
• FA image, grooming, retail service and customer service are well executed
• Handle customers complaints
• Deliver timing to FA on company’s work requirement if any
• Train and upgrade FA sales capabilities and customer service level
• Stocks inventory – order and return
• Stocks take execution
• Handle POS and cashiering activities
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of boutique

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales & People Management.
• Minimum SPM Holder.
• Able to communicate fluently in English (spoken & written).
• Sales driven, strong people management skills.
