Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales target
Proper execution of monthly marketing activities
Ensure boutique visual merchandising display
Sales report: FA KPI, competitor, VM, mall activities, animation and monthly sales report, roster, commission payout
FA image, grooming, retail service and customer service are well executed
Handle customers complaints
Deliver timing to FA on company’s work requirement if any
Train and upgrade FA sales capabilities and customer service level
Stocks inventory – order and return
Stocks take execution
Handle POS and cashiering activities
Ensure safety and cleanliness of boutique
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales & People Management.
Minimum SPM Holder.
Able to communicate fluently in English (spoken & written).
Sales driven, strong people management skills.
